Soils & Erosion Tour

Come along on this educational adventure at Pope Farm Conservancy and discover:
1. What is soil?
2. Why is soil critical in our lives?
3. Why is erosion a natural process, but one we should control?
4. How is the history of soil conservation at Pope Farm Conservancy still evident on the landscape today and a lesson for the future?
5. How were the Soil Conservation Service and CCC integral to the management of soil at PFC?

All FOPFC tours are free and open to the public. No registration is necessary.

These tours are a great learning opportunity for the whole family! (Sorry, dogs are not allowed in the conservancy.)
