Become a Member

As a member of FOPFC, you will receive monthly updates on the conservancy, semi-annual newsletters, notification of education tours and special events, and invitations to help us in our volunteer efforts. Memberships are good for one (1) calendar year from the date you join or from the last date of your previous membership.

Become a Member

  • By Mail: Download and print the Membership Form (PDF). Then, mail your completed form and payment to FOPFC, 10333 Blackhawk Rd, Middleton, WI 53562. Please make checks payable to Friends of Pope Farm Conservancy.
  • Online: Click the link to go to our online Membership Form. Upon submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your new membership plus a receipt for tax purposes.

Renew Your Membership

  • Mail: Download and print the Membership Renewal Form (PDF). Then, mail your completed form and payment to FOPFC, 10333 Blackhawk Rd, Middleton, WI 53562. Please make checks payable to Friends of Pope Farm Conservancy.
  • Online: Click the link to go to our online Membership Renewal Form. Upon submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your renewed membership plus a receipt for tax purposes.

Corporate Memberships

  • By Mail: Download and print the Corporate Membership Form (PDF). Mail your completed form and check (payable to Friends of Pope Farm Conservancy) to FOPFC, 10333 Blackhawk Rd, Middleton, WI 53562.

Give a Gift Membership

To give a gift membership, download and print the Gift Membership Form (PDF). Then mail your completed form and payment to FOPFC, 10333 Blackhawk Rd, Middleton, WI 53562. Please make checks payable to Friends of Pope Farm Conservancy.
