Pope Farm Conservancy is free and open daily from sunrise to sunset all year-round.

Main Entrance

The main entrance is 2 miles west of the Beltline (Hwy 12/18) on W. Old Sauk Road.

• Lower Parking Lot: The lower parking lot is open from sunrise to sunset for people who want to hike from the entrance.
• Upper Parking Lot: The upper parking lot can be used by the elderly and disabled. The Upper Parking Lot closes one half hour before sunset.

Blackhawk Entrance

The Blackhawk Entrance is located on Blackhawk Road, 1.5 miles west of Pleasant View Road. Equestrian parking and trail access is located adjacent to the Blackhawk Road parking lot.

Please note that the north parking lot off of Blackhawk Road and some north trails within Pope Farm Conservancy will be CLOSED starting October 18th, 2021 due to construction on the ravine.

Bike Racks

Biking is NOT allowed on the trails. Bike racks are located in the upper and lower parking lots by the W. Old Sauk Road entrance, in the Blackhawk Road parking lot, and at the walking entrance on Twin Valley Road.
